Me and my blog.

Hi, I am an 18 year old student from the United Kingdom and have just completed my final year at 6th form college, after studying ICT to As Level, and English Literature, Psychology and Religious Studies to the A2 level.

I am currently awaiting my A level results, but intend to study the criticism and history of film at Sheffield Hallam University, grades permitting.

Ultimately i would love to be involved in film journalism, offering film critique for a major publication such as Empire Magazine, or Total Film.

Through this blog I intend to get experience in writing in the style required for this area of journalism, and begin building a portfolio to present to potential employers at some point in the future.

I am also interested in music, and play bass guitar in a band performing in and around Kingston Upon Hull.

In addition to this when I’m not watching films, out drinking, just spending time with friends or working I enjoy spending a few hours of down-time on my PS3.
